MTC Project – Military Training Compound Phase ll / Baghdad, Iraq ($24 million project)

The project contained 7 multi-story buildings (new construction) including the water network, electrical network, sanitary network, sewer network, communication network, rods, parking areas, curbs and landscaping.

·   Performed the quality control system according to the QC plan, utilized the submittal register log, three phase inspections process for each DFW (definable feature of work), daily reports, check lists, meetings, RFI (request for information), RFP (request for proposal) and monthly invoices.

·   Responsible for the QCS (quality control system) database software which is collecting the entire project's information regarding the quality, safety, pay activities and government correspondence.

·   Performed detailed cost estimates and peer data reviews for both design-build and bid-build government contracting projects.

·   Wrote and edited technical proposal sections, including creation of Primavera schedules for more than 30 WBS and 1200 activities according to NAS (network analysis system).

New Iraqi Army Regional Commando Battalion Project / Al Asad Air Base, Iraq ($18 million project)

The project contained 20 k-span buildings including water network, sewer network, electrical network, helicopter pads, roads and landscaping.

·   Supervising all aspects of quality control including: site work, power generation, electrical distribution, concrete placement, CMU block construction, water treatment, water distribution, waste water collection, helicopter pad construction, K-span erection and finishing.

·   This project was recently identified by US Government auditors as having the “best QC program in Iraq”.

·   Implemented a comprehensive 4 phase inspection process leading to significantly less re-work than other similar company projects.
